It depends: Are you a lacto-ovo-vegetarian, lacto-vegetarians. Basically, what you eat eggs?

When you do this, white omelets, scrambled eggs and tortillas are a good way to go. You can add w whenever you want - jalapeno peppers, diced vegetables, cheese, vegetarian, etc.

Otherwise, the salads are always great. You can mix and match and play with the ingredients until you put something that you have found. An excellent source of protein for salads are grilled tofu, nuts and dark green vegetables. My favorite salad of the moment is spinach, red onions, black olives, tomatoes, cucumbers and eggplant. Yum.

You really can not go wrong with vegetables, why not try, plenty of food, like beans and stews of vegetables (beans, are another important source of protein), with canned beans, tomatoes, broth and zucchini w / vegetables always you want. You can really mix it up if you want it spicy, etc., or hot, or sour

There are many possibilities exist, and remember, Google is your best friend!

It is easy to lose weight through a balanced diet.
At noon there should be more salads and more, the Indian lassi, and leafy vegetables.
